Co-Founders, Hampton Hands

Hampton Hands was founded by Taylor Shumate and Darien Birks from a shared conviction that service can unite people around meaningful action. Inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s words, “Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve,” they established Hampton Hands to support underserved communities, cultivate lasting social impact, and create opportunities for people from all backgrounds to contribute with purpose.
